Great served with a roast pork or as a topping for beef or chicken saté!
THAI PEANUT SAUCE
Makes 1 ½ cups
Ingredients:
1. 1 c. creamy peanut butter
2. ¼ c. water
3. ¼ c. light cream or you can use half & half
4. 3 Tbsp. Tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
5. 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
6. 2 Tbsp. packed light brown sugar
7. 1 Tbsp. minced fresh or jarred ginger
8. 1 garlic clove, peeled & minced
9. ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
* In a medium bowl, simply whisk all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
* Store in a covered jar or other container in your refrigerator for up to 7 days.
